Description of duties:
- Leading a Siding, Roofing, Window installation team to complete high-quality jobs on budget
- Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Driving and maintaining an Exterior Renovations vehicle
- Leading our company training and development program for the staff on your team

Skills and requirements:
- Minimum 5 years or similar of construction experience
- Ability to read Construction Documents, plans etc.
- Experience with James Hardie Installation preferred
- Experience managing project budgets and quality control
- General construction safety knowledge
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to train
- Management experience in any field
- Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
- Ability to lead teams and motivate others
- Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary (Rare)
- Clean driving record
- Bilingual is a plus

Description of duties:
- Be diligent, qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities
- Manage and maximize efficiency of your workload
- Review Scope of work and Contracts with Homeowners
- Obtain Referrals from prior clients
- Be a collaborative Exterior Renovations team member
- Conduct exterior property inspections for wind and hail damage
- Make recommendations to Homeowners based on findings.
- Build relationships by earning trust with Homeowners
- Educate and train customers on industry products, trends and Exterior Renovations capabilities
- Manage your sales pipeline via our CRM
- Maintain constant communication with Leadership, Homeowners and Office Staff
- Be dedicated to personal career development by reaching your set goals
