With over 75 years of industry experience on staff in materials selection, remodeling, design expertise, and custom craftsmanship; we’ve grown into one of the greater Madison areas top renovation companies. Nick Weisensel - President
Nick is the President and Owner of Exterior Renovations and has been in the renovation business for more than 25 years.
Jason Skar -General Manager
Jason has 10 + years in the construction industry. He is passionate about enhancing the Customer Experience and leading his team to a path of success. Jason enjoys time outside of work spending time with family, Camping , hiking and fishing!
Jim Luecke - Project Superintendent
Jim has been with Exterior Renovations for 13 Years He manages a wide range of projects keeping them on time and on budget. Jim has more than 25 years experience in the renovation trades
JAY BREUNIG - PRODUCTION MANAGER
Jay has been with Exterior renovations since 2019, and in the construction industry since 1997. Including over 15 years in production management.
Outside of Exterior Renovations, Jay enjoys watching the Packers and Badgers, also playing in a volleyball. Jay currently lives in Sauk city with his three daughters where they all attend school and participate in various activities.
ORION BARBIC - PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Orion has been in the trade for 20+ years, both installing and managing. His mission is to guide our crews to completing a project on time, within budget and without error, while creating a great experience for the homeowners. When he is not working, Orion enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, golf and other outdoor activities.
CASEY FRISCH - NEW CONSTRUCTION SALES
Casey started his entrepreneurial remodeling career while studying at UW-Whitewater. He is always inspired by new ideas in design, creative ways to bring something old back to new and drastic before and afters. His experience affords him the skill to problem solve a variety of challenges, offering his clients practical solutions that meet their needs and budget.
Casey is currently in charge of all new construction sales, both residential and commercial, and is passionate about bringing effective ideas to his customers.
DENA PFAFF - OFFICE MANAGER
Dena has 30+ years of administrative experience, nine years was spent working as a construction office manager and project coordinator. She is passionate about building processes and procedures to ensure the effectiveness and efficiencies of our office and staff along with providing stellar customer service to our vendors and customers. Dena is originally from Southern California and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and her dog.
MATHEW RAFUSE - SHOP MANAGER
Matt has been with Exterior Renovations for 5 Years. He brings 30+ years experience in woodworking and painting. If we can think it, He can build it! In his free time he enjoys gardening and cooking .
KYLE HERMANN - SALES
Kyle is an accomplished professional with 20+ years of experience in the construction industry. With a background as the sales representative in Wisconsin for James Hardie siding, Kyle comes to Exterior Renovations with a profound understanding of the siding industry. His knowledge along with his passion for helping customers with design ideas and challenges cements him as a trusted advisor in the field.
MATT BRUESCH - SALES
Matt has been involved in sales in some capacity for most of his working career. He has an eye for design and enjoys the process of bringing a project from vision to reality. Matt enjoys his time away from the office with his wife on a motorcycle and the open road.
